24 Reasons for Hope will not only showcase the progress the climate movement is making worldwide, but also build on this success to kick start 12 months of concerted action to end the climate crisis. Here’s a way you can lead your community into action:

First, host a watch party for your family, friends, and networks during the broadcast on September 16-17. Be sure to register your event here. And for ideas on how you can make your watch party a success, check out this toolkit on the portal.

Second, ask your audiences, networks, friends and family to join you and stand up together to turn the solutions we have into the clean energy future we want. You’ve already committed to take action on the climate crisis by becoming a Climate Reality Leader, but give your friends and family the chance to make their commitment as well.

Use 24 Reasons for Hope as an opportunity to inspire your communities and audiences to take action. Show part of the broadcast during your presentation, open your home to your family or friends, rent out a theater in your town, or offer support by attending other parties hosted by Climate Reality Leaders like you.

Because the truth is this: our future is bright. Every day, our ability to convert sunshine into usable energy is becoming more advanced and accessible. The cost for clean energy technologies is plummeting. The electric car market is booming. Financial institutions are realizing dirty energy is a bad investment.
