Come to this workshop to be inspired by courageous initiatives already underway, and to consider how you and others might harness your religious communities to meet the greatest moral challenge humanity has ever faced.

During this workshop you can expect to experience:
l. Stating the problem: climate change as the greatest moral and theological challenge of our history
2. Confronting the problem:-different initiatives that are effectively being utilized by faith-based and secular groups to address climate change
3. Action/hope:-how we can prepare our own faith communities to become actively engaged in addressing climate change, both individually and in partnership ecumenically.
The scale and urgency of climate change requires our generation to reassess our lives, repurpose our religious practice and reorient our assets in ways that align with our covenant with God and preserve the Eden into which we were born.
