Coffee Hour with NCIPL Director in New Bern

People of faith are called to be stewards of God’s creation.  Come and learn about NC Interfaith Power and Light (NCIPL), a non-profit that is mobilizing a religious response to global warming in congregations through the promotion of energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable energy. There are several program offered by NCIPL including free energy assessments of worship facilities, conservation education and outreach, programs looking at community and food, as well as celebrations of creation. You are invited to a coffee hour on Wednesday October 30^th, from 10-11 am at Christ Church New Bern. We will meet in the Parish Hall, enter on the Pollock Street door (across from Cow Café). The director of NC Interfaith Power and Light, Susannah Tuttle will be there, as well as several local volunteers to share information about the programs offered.  Please share this information with clergy, members of congregations and community outreach programs that you feel may be interested.
