Solar 101 Information Symposium – Beaufort, NC

The Environmental Group of Indivisible Carteret and Croatan Group, Sierra Club, NC Interfaith Power & Light are planning a Solar 101 evening for local individuals interested in learning more about residential solar energy. We will cover what’s involved? What’s required, HB589 impact, reimbursements, etc. We’ve set the date for Oct 9 at the Maritime Museum in Beaufort. To be clear this is a night of education, not advocacy. We’ll have vendors there, plus Duke Energy & Carteret Craven Electric. There’ll be a presentation, Q&A, a chance to speak with vendors, etc.
Everyone is invited, and admission is free. There will be light refreshments.
