Are you interested in the environment and the conservation of other species? Do you want to connect your faith with environmental restoration through hands-on conservation projects? If this sounds like you, we want to partner with you to complete conservation projects within faith communities.

Come share your gifts with this network and learn about how we can support you —

Participants in the network will have access to:

Mentors –
PhD and masters students trained in Energy, Ecology, and Information Science/Technology will help you think through and implement your conservation project.

Trainings – Brown-headed Nuthatch Conservation, Landscaping with Native Plants for Wildlife Habitat, Utilizing Social Media and Art for Conservation, And More!

A Peer Network –
Lean together with other people of faith with conservation interests.

Funding Opportunities –
We will leverage social marketing strategies to support your projects. Potential grant funding opportunities are available.

At a minimum, this network will install Brown-headed Nuthatch Nesting Boxes and create wildlife habitat on lands of faith communities. But, most importantly, we will support your projects in energy and habitat conservation in your faith community.

The Youth Faith Conservation Network is a partnership between NC Interfaith Power and Light and New Hope Audubon Society
